    Is this replacing my coach?

    No. Your coach is still your coach. CoachNova is what they use to be with you in two more places. Your coach is always in the loop.

    What can my coach see, and what’s just mine?

    By default your coach sees the themes you’re working through, so the next session opens with what’s live for you. Specific conversations with your coach’s AI can be kept private. The choice is yours, every time.

    What can my employer or sponsor see?

    Nothing of substance. Sponsors paying for your coaching see programme-level summaries only, anonymous and aggregate. They never see your sessions, your messages, or your conversations with your coach’s AI. Your content is private to you and your coach.

    Is my data used to train AI for other people?

    No. Your coach’s AI inside your space is trained only on your work with your coach. Your content stays in your space. We never pool it, sell it, or use it to train AI for anyone outside your coaching relationship.

    What happens to my data if I leave?

    You take it with you. Export everything in one click, or delete your space at any time. The content was always yours.

    How is this different from ChatGPT?

    ChatGPT doesn’t know what you and your coach are working on. It doesn’t speak in their frame. It doesn’t remember what came up in session three. Your coach’s AI inside CoachNova is the one your coach trained on your sessions with them, in their questioning style. This is real coaching, not generic AI. You get the hard questions you’ve been avoiding. You get accountability. You get the emotional intelligence your coach holds, not just artificial intelligence.

    What does it cost me?

    During your coaching engagement, CoachNova is part of what your coach offers. If you and your coach agree to keep going after the engagement ends, your coach sets the price for ongoing access. The numbers are between the two of you.

    What if my coach isn’t using CoachNova yet?

    Tell them about it. Most of the coaches in our Early Adopter group joined because a client asked them to look.
